MakeMyTrip and Goibibo had just been through a merger. TBI was present for the pivotal first meeting between both teams. MakeMyTrip wanted to focus on team building, a CSR initiative, as well as the adoption of the change. Through a TBI special program - Wheels of Fortune, teams worked together to build cycles that were donated to underprivileged children. Through changing other people’s lives, the newly merged teams were able to appreciate that not all change is bad and were able to build better relationships with new team members.

TBI conducted a pivotal session with Amex that transformed the internal tone of the organisation. Amex had already had many team-building sessions in the past, which made it crucial for TBI to deliver an engaging and memorable team-building experience. Through the 75 min championship challenge, a total of 600 people and 30 teams were engaged simultaneously. The other activity for the day - dream city - got all the teams to work together to build sections of a bigger city - enabling them to appreciate the big picture. Amex’s feedback of the day called TBI’s sessions, “the best program that Amex has ever had.”

This was a milestone that accelerated growth for TBI. Google came to TBI with the problem statement that the team in question did not usually respond well to experiential learning. The offsite event took place in Goa, and TBI developed a balanced and customized program that was equal parts of fun and learning, that was received well.

TBI has been associated with Coca-Cola since 2016. In December of 2020, TBI conducted the first big event after the pandemic for Coca-Cola. As part of their sales training sessions, the company wanted to motivate their sales teams to achieve high sales numbers. In response, TBI took them through a signature program - Ride with Gladiators. This high-energy, high-motivation, themed, team-building program got Coke’s teams charged up and rearing to go.

Bira 91 is a young, eccentric, out-of-the-box company that needed a program partner that could match up to its brand identity and company culture. TBI has been associated with Bira 91 since 2017. At a two-day conference, TBI created the theme Beast Mode On. The conference opened with a signature program - the Haka Dance with specially trained dancers. The second day saw another signature program - Ride with Gladiators, for which TBI was awarded by EEMA as the best company in India. Ride with Gladiators went viral, and raised the bar for team-building sessions in India.

In partnership with Japuria Institue of Management, TBI conducted an offsite experiential learning program for NTPC. TBI has been associated with the National Thermal Power Corporation since 2018. The organisation wanted to focus on the dynamics of a successful team for newly promoted senior managers. Through an adventure-based learning methodology, the NTPC team was able to absorb key leadership lessons and learn how to work together to achieve a common goal.

Through the years, TBI has conducted many different programs at various levels for the training and development of their teams, including 3000 plant-level workers. The program, ‘Nai Kiran’ was held at the Gurgaon and Manesar plants and focussed on improved self-effectiveness and increasing motivation. A number of other programs were held pan-India for regional offices as well as independent offsites. The most noteworthy of these was an offsite conducted for Maruti’s insurance team that had been through many other team-building programs. The session was new, innovative, and had a phenomenal level of energy.

After the success at Bira 91, in Jan 2020, EY wished to have the same signature programs including the Haka Dance, Ride with Gladiators, and an added Chariot Race. TBI has been associated with EY since 2017, including multiple sessions and HR offsites since before the pandemic hit and made physical sessions obsolete for over a year.

PWC was one of the first big corporate associations to partner with TBI. The organisation was looking for team-building activities and programs that could motivate their teams. TBI conducted their signature Ride with Gladiators program among other customized team-building activities. Collaborating with PWC was when TBI first began to carve out a niche space in the corporate training and team-building industry.

In 2018, Ericsson approached TBI with the need to train six members (the heads of different departments) of the leadership team. The training was focused on getting them to collaborate and work together. For this session, the challenge was to energize a small group of people, which can be much more difficult to achieve.

As part of its experiential learning programs, TBI trains first-year MBA students at IMI. Through different activities and simulations, students at IMI learn how to create long-lasting friendships and networks with their fellow students. Participants say that the induction program is one of the best experiences and memories they have of their MBA program.

After a merger between Thomas Cook and SOTC in 2019, teams were apprehensive about upcoming changes and hard transitions. TBI developed and delivered an Army Themed program that consisted of team-building exercises that instantly helped break the tension and ease the transition.

In Jan 2019, they needed to develop a culture where failure was not an option. TBI conducted various Interactive and experiential learning exercises that forced participants to carry eggs through multiple sessions throughout the day. Teams were expected to win but punished if they lost. Team leaders wanted to achieve success orientation where winning was the only option, which was achieved through this session.

TBI pulled off a truly one-of-a-kind experience for Eicher. The Eicher team wanted their team to understand that even a seemingly impossible task can be executed through solid teamwork. Their sales goal of 1000 Cr. as an annual turnover seemed impossible - almost as impossible as pulling a truck filled with cement! And that’s exactly what TBI had them do. The entire team work together as one and was able to achieve the impossible - they pulled a truck filled with cement with sheer manpower. The experience taught the team that they could achieve impossible sounding targets - but only together.

The Sales Force team decided to brave the omnipresent Covid and host a 3 days long offsite in Goa . We gifted them with a world class EMCEE experience, and memories to last a lifetime. The team came together to build cycles for the underprivileged, and re-discovered each other in the process. By the end of the third day, it was hard to tell the difference between long-term teammates and new joinees. The amazing feedback from the client left us feeling inspired and excited for the journey ahead.

High engagement, fun, and high energy are things hard to deliver virtually, and even harder to maintain week by week. For their first ever virtual team event, Johnson & Johnson wanted something innovative and completely out-of-the-box. And we did not disappoint. Without a customized ‘CEO Abduction’ storyline, high energy and drama ensued. We even managed to ‘actually’ abduct their team leader Sandeep Makkar. Of course, the team managed to solve all the whacky clues to rescue him just in the nick of time.

A crowd that started as sceptics but ended up being our loud and enthralled fans, the BCG journey, for us, proved to be one for the ages. A hard to please team, the BCG HR team was meeting for their annual convention. They were looking to be entertained and engaged, at the same time. With women dominating the numbers, we decided to take a risk and initiated the Gladiator activity. It was a huge gamble but in the end, it turned out to be, ‘one of the best events they had ever been a part of.’

Reckitt has a long standing tradition, known as the ‘RB Mavericks Case Challenge.’ Essentially, every year, they choose a product from their arsenal of FMCG offerings and invite entries from the top MBA colleges from across India, seeking sales proposals aimed at increasing the revenue influx. Kids who manage to make it into the top entries are then invited for a convention hosted by Reckitt.

They approached us to host their first virtual convention. We organised a fun and thrilling  escape room experience for the winners. We sent them on a virtual treasure hunt seeking the ‘National Treasure.’ The intriguing clues and unexpected twists enabled a high energy experience throughout the event.

The Azure team was looking to re-launch their ethos in a grand event. We planned a PAN India event, comprising 6 individual sessions, all under the umbrella of our famous ‘Big Picture’ activity. It was a high energy, inclusive, and emotional ride for the participants. The final reveal of the ‘big picture ’left the Azure team feeling inspired and revitalized to take on the upcoming year with a renewed sense of purpose.

A life sciences organization, we have hosted 1 on-site & 4 virtual events for Cytiva  over the last one year. They also gave us the opportunity to host our largest virtual event yet - their Annual Kick-Off’ 2022. It was a marathon of back-to-back sessions including Escape Room, Home Olympics, Motivational Speaker, and Brain Bout. The virtual setup was a huge success and we received sensational feedback from the client on the very day of the event.

Autodesk not only engaged with us for their Annual gala night event, but have also partnered with us for their virtual solutions.

Their annual party of 2021 had the right mix of drama, high energy, and effective collaboration. With a ‘murder mystery’ at hand, the participants had to don their detective hats and channel their inner ‘Holmes.’ In the quest to find the real culprit, the team came together to face mind boggling clues and unexpected witness twists. The build up from this highly engaging team engagement experience allowed for a shared celebration of triumph and a hard-earned victory.

The leadership team of Renew was looking to host their annual offsite in Goa. They approached us with a set of never ending questions and intrigue. We listened patiently and prepared, strategically. With a dollop of CSR and heavy sprinkles of energy and team engagement, we concocted an almost perfect offsite experience for the team. The star of the show was our ‘Wheels of fortune’ activity that gave them a chance to build cycles from scratch and donate them to kids in need. The dazzling smiles on the faces of the kids lit up the entire conference room.

With this brief in mind, we scheduled a power packed session for the team.
